Family Food Package - One Month Supply

This donation helps us provide a 4-6 week supply of food to a family. Each delivery has a wide range of food so we can offer good nutrition, vitamins, protein, and high calories. 

We deliver food in the Kabul area, delivery only - no pickup. Food goes to families in order of criticality and need. 

Each package includes: 

• 110 lb medium grade flour
• 11 lb cooking oil
• 22 lb medium grade rice
• 2 lb green tea
• 8 lb sugar
• 2 lb salt
• 60 eggs
• 9 lb medium grade beans
• 8 lb dried pasta
• 9 lb peas
• large package of tomato paste
• 15 lb onions
• 2 lb green pepppers
• 15 lb potatoes
• 15 lb fresh fruit (apple, oranges, eetc)
• shampoo, cleaning, and laundry detergent
