Name withheld - X is an experienced Afghan Lead Field Engineer and Radio Telecommunications Instructor with approximately 10 years of professional service on multiple NATO and U.S.- supported projects under the Ministry of Interior Affairs.

As a Lead Field Engineer, he supervised and conducted the HF Secure Executive Leadership Training Course, providing technical instruction, leadership, and mentorship to trainees and senior personnel.

Throughout his career, he received more than 20 Letters of Appreciation and honorary medals from U.S./NATO advisors, the Afghan Ministry of Interior Affairs, and Ministry of Defense. He was also recognized by the GSG6, 201st Corps, and 111th Capital Division Directors of Communications for his exceptional performance and instruction.

His record demonstrates long-term cooperation with NATO and U.S.-supported programs, technical expertise, leadership, and recognized professional contributions, making him a valuable member of the training and telecommunications teams.
